Donors are optionally able to join various Google Groups to monitor the use of funds and the balances available to programs they have donated too. As these groups include various other donors any communication to the group is publicly available to all group members. Any information they share within the Google group should be considered public. At no time will LFI reveal the identity or contact information of a member of these fund Google Groups.
LFI will not share any information with anyone outside of LFI’s programs about any client … past or present unless legally required or in the event of urgent safety concerns, approved by the Vice President of Services. If a client authorizes the confirmation of their involvement within a program, then LFI will only address the specific scope of that involvement.
Trust is essential within our relationship with our clients and we will fight to retain that trust.
